Sam Bide
Founder • AI CoLab Alliance & CoLab Foundation
Sam, an ANZSOG Innovation Fellow, brings expertise in bridging policy and technical domains to build new partnerships, institutions, and AI systems. His experience includes establishing Australia's Office of Supply Chain Resilience, advising the Australian Government on AI policy and adoption, and developing AI tools for social impact.

Shane Johnson
First Assistant Secretary • Australian Treasury
Shane is the First Assistant Secretary of Macroeconomic Analysis and Policy Division at the Australian Treasury, and the Australian Centre for Evaluation. Shane brings over two decades of government experience and a proven commitment to improve wellbeing with new ways of working that empower communities and governments to work together.

Brenton Caffin
Innovation Systems Expert • States of Change
Brenton brings 25 years' experience building collaborative innovative systems across sectors, including as founder of States of Change and The Australian Centre for Social Innovation. He has advised governments in over 20 countries on strengthening innovation capabilities across sectors.

Frances Foster-Thorpe
Executive Director • NSW Government Cabinet Office
Frances is the Executive Director of Shaping Futures and Data Insights in the NSW Government's Cabinet Office. Frances has a government and research background and has focused on how to progress large-scale national reforms within Australia's federal system and with community partners.

Manisha Amin
Inclusive Design Lead • Inclusive Design Collective
Manisha brings over 20 years' experience building partnerships between government, industry, and communities to drive inclusive innovation, including 8 years leading the Centre for Inclusive Design. Manisha now leads the Inclusive Design Collective, a cross-sector collaboration to make technology accessible to all.

David Spriggs
CEO • InfoXChange
David is CEO of InfoXChange, a not-for-profit social enterprise that has been delivering technology for social justice since 1989. David is passionate about a more digitally inclusive society and the role technology can play in the not-for-profit sector. He also chairs the Australian Digital Inclusion Alliance and is a Board member of Specialisterne Australia.

Martin Stewart-Weeks
Public Leadership Lead • ANZSOG
Martin leads ANZSOG's Public Leadership in the Digital Age initiative and brings over 35 years of cross-sector expertise in digital transformation and public sector reform. He has led major technology and policy initiatives in Australia and overseas, including chairing NSW's Digital Government Advisory Panel.
